Best top tier hotel I've ever stayed in. Will definitely recommend people to check this one out ASAP‼ They have a private parking area where no one can get in without a key and which is the same card to your room so it's nice and secured. They have cameras in there as well so an added bonus. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL with a full kitchen and wash & dryer room. This was definitely a game charger as far as Hotels I've ever stayed in. Also they have valley parking if that's something you would like to choice but of course you don't have to but it is offered. If you decide to check it out is it definitely worth it in my opinion

Our overall experience was good , we stayed at this hotel from a timeshare tour. Mike from valet was wonderful he greeted us as soon as we pulled in and got us where we needed to be. We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo which was very spacious for a party of 6. The hotel appeared to be very clean and was quiet. We didn’t hear other guest walking down the halls or going in and out of their room. The heated pool was very warm for this time of year and we were able to enjoy it in the cold weather. The hot tub was also very spacious and warm! Cons- our floors in the condo were very dirty if we walked with no socks on our feet turned black. We did have some guests above us that were throwing trash off the balcony to the bins below us. We found a single roach in our room which we sent pictures to concierge but nothing was done. The Starbucks employee was very rude to my young children as they were trying to order drinks. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice. And the parking fee was a bit ridiculous. If I pay to stay in your hotel I should have a free parking spot that comes with it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back and stay in another Hilton grand vacations hotel.

We had a great stay at Oceans 22. We had a 3 bedroom for our family of 6 and it was very spacious and the view was amazing! It was also nice to be able to walk right out to the beach so the location is great as well. However, we were unaware when we checked in that our room would not be serviced at all during our stay. I called after two days and learned that we had to be there for 5 days but we were only there for 3 nights/4 days. Also, unfortunately all but one of the elevators (not including the staff elevator) stopped working during check out. We waited for over 30 minutes and eventually part of my family started taking stuff down 9 flights of steps. There were LOTS of people frustrated and complaining about having to carry their bags down the steps. The ONLY thing that made it better was the employee that was sweeping around the elevators at the time (I think his name was Jacob) was kind enough to help us tremendously. He then helped us lug everything into the pool area to wait on valet to bring our van (they were backed up since it was check out time) and ALSO helped us load everything to the van. I mentioned to him that there was an elderly person that was still on our floor at the elevator trying to get down and he mentioned going up to help them get down with their bags. He was amazing and we appreciate him making a challenging situation better!

What a wonderful surprise! This hotel was amazing! We were greeted by Sasha who was so pleasant and informative. Candace at Concierge was also so informative on specials and perks of members. Tiffany, GM, should be very grateful to have all of her staff. From the sweet man cleaning the floors, on all four, still looked up to say hello. To the bartender and all car valet were super friendly. Ok, the rooms…. WOW! Spacious and so lovely. I woke every morning to see the sunrise and from my bed!!! Oh the decor was lovely and I told my family we could live here for a month it felt so cozy. We will be back! Thank you for a week of serenity to celebrate my Dads life. I painted rocks and left a colorful spread around the hotel just as my Dad did to this world. Never underestimate the power of kindness.

Update: reviews apparently are read and taken seriously. I was contacted by this Hotel and spoke to Juana. We had a very pleasant conversation and I was able to voice my concerns, which she sufficiently and professionally addressed and in an extremely polite and respectful manner. I will upgrade my stars to better reflect my overall satisfaction to date but will leave my original statement so those reading will understand. Original post: I stayed at this hotel for work the third week of February 2026. I was traveling for work and wasn’t staying for a vacation but taking advantage of being able to see the ocean and a sunrise while at the coast. My compliments to the concierge desk, the cleaning staff and the kind lady working at the coffee shop. The concierge engaged in conversation upon every occasion seen and my room was clean and comfortable. All of them should provide a courtesy/customer service class to the people working the check in desk! Typically I don’t have to worry about this part of the hotel stay process as I check in, select my room and obtain a digital key on the Hilton App. That isn’t an option at this hotel. I wish digital check in was an option, because it took over 20 minutes to check me into a room during the off-season. The reason for the delay was the Manager working the desk was determined to put me in a room they obviously assigned me earlier but the computer wasn’t cooperating. Instead of providing me with an alternative room immediately, after all I have been a Diamond Member with Hilton since 2019, she worked and worked to put me in this one room. When she continued to fail near the 20 minute mark she stated to her staff “I guess I will just have to give him a different room”. Sorry you had to provide me with better accommodations! I traveled all through the pandemic and worked during that “apocalypse “ for travel companies. Our company helped Hilton stay afloat with our loyalty and yet I am begrudged an upgrade that I didn’t ask for because your computer didn’t work. This may not be the case, but it is sure how it felt.

The room was fantastic. I was on the 19th floor and it was enjoyable. The pools are nice with one indoor and one outside. Firepit and an indoor hot tub. There will be a nice pier very near by once they finish it. Within walking or a very short drive to most things. I would stay here again. Off season review

We absolutely love staying at Ocean 22 and will definitely be back — I just rebooked! It truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained. I stayed on a lower level since I was traveling with children, and I appreciated that it felt safe and comfortable. The suites are perfect for families, and being directly on the beach is a huge plus. The location is great — very walkable to nearby restaurants and attractions. The property always feels safe, and security is visible and attentive. The heated pool is amazing, especially during cooler weather, and the outdoor bar by the pool is a favorite. I also love that the hotel has a café, two bars, and even a small grocery store inside — very convenient and reasonably priced. The kid clubs and guest activities really set this place apart. It’s also one of the few beach properties that had everything fully operational during the off-season, which shows their quality year-round.The only downside is the price during peak season, as it can triple — but overall, the experience is worth it. Highly recommend

The room was huge and absolutely beautiful. The only thing wrong with the room we found a roach and the floors were very dirty. The kiddos walking around on the floors and their feet and socks were filthy. The service in the Starbuck shop was terrible. The lady was not kid friendly!! She had told another customer that she would take his order but she was having to wait on us. Well our business was just as important as his. She acted as if she was frustrated with the kiddos. She made us feel like we didn't want to come back and stay. You need to have staff that's kid friendly.. And having to pay 25.00 a day or 30.00 a day valet for parking is insane. I can see paying for valet if that's what you prefer but having to pay 25.00 to park your own car after paying for the room is ridiculous. They did not have a complimentary breakfast even though stated on the web site. Mike one of the guys doing valet He was awesome. Super nice and helpful. Location to the beach and other places were great.
